Kiichiro Motor is exclusively a Toyota, Lexus and Subaru dealer, so we don’t purchase any vehicles of any brands other than these. However, in order to offer a service to our clients, if your car is another brand, Kiichiro Motor will contact other dealers to arrange a deal that will be to your satisfaction.

Kiichiro Motor will ask you to leave a deposit to reserve and remove your car from the stock of vehicles on sale, or the payment of transport costs in the case of a specific vehicle ordered by the client. However, if the client’s circumstances should change, or he should lose interest in the vehicle for whatever reason, the full deposit will be returned by Kiichiro Motor as soon as the vehicle is sold to a third party. But in case you do not fell comfortable leaving a deposit and you would like to order a car, we offer you the option of ordering the car with a contract attached to a bank guarantee for the same value of the deposit. If you are completely satisfied, the transaction goes ahead as it was planned, but if we do not comply exactly with all the terms of the agreement and the previously signed contract, we would not be able to exercise your guarantee and you would be free to do what ever you please.

Of course. Not only can you test drive it: we recommend you to. If the car is in stock, you can test drive it any time you want, regardless of commercial opening times. If you want to test drive the car at lunch-time, because it’s when you can get away from the office, that’s fine. If you prefer to do it after work, no problem. In the case of cars that have to be imported, Kiichiro Motor will do everything possible to get a vehicle of similar characteristics so you can test it before you order your own. Of course, when the car you ordered arrives, you’ll get to test drive it, and if you’re not completely satisfied, your deposit will be returned in full, as we explained in the question “Do I have to pay a deposit to bring or reserve a car?”

Both self-employed workers and companies have the possibility of discounting the vehicle purchase VAT, as long as they can present an invoice with the VAT specified. These invoices can only be issued for operations with new vehicles or vehicles that previously belonged to a company (KMO cars, management cars, etc.) At Kiichiro Motor, practically all the cars are brand new or come from already-registered Toyota, Lexus and Subaru dealership stocks, so the answer to this question, in most cases, would be: yes, the VAT can be discounted.

Delivery time depends on the availability of each vehicle. If it’s one we have in stock, it’ll take about three days. If it has to be imported or ordered specially, the time would vary. Whatever the case, Kiichiro Motor pledges to answer any enquiry regarding availability and delivery times of a specific model in 24 working hours at the most.
